Ellies
Ellies wakes up in an unfamiliar forest. Help her figure out what's really going on. There are two areas to explore: the Unfamiliar Forest and the Mysterious Corridor. The game is pretty short, but I hope you have fun!
A few things to note:
- Hold [Space] to jump.
- Some objects are movable and can be pushed. Just stand behind one and keep moving forward to push it.
- Each level is short, and there are no mid-level checkpoints. If Ellies dies, you'll restart from the beginning of the current level.
- All movable objects reset to their original positions whenever Ellies dies.
Controls:
- [A]/[D] to move left/right.
- [S] + [Space] to drop from platform.
- Hold [Space] to jump.
- [E] to interact.
- [P] to open volume settings.

I'm not sure why, but I hit a bug here and can't progress. The button sequence was Green - Red - Green, Green - Red, at the start of Stage 4 or 5.
I was really getting into the game, but after failing a few times, I tried to go back and press the green button again. However, the last red button stayed pressed and wouldn't reset, and while the jump effect appeared, the character didn't actually jump.
It’s a bit of a shame, but I still loved the atmosphere and the brutality of the gameplay. It’s totally my style! :D
Ouch, that's the last room, sorry about the bugs. That sounds like a chain reaction from an error, I'll look into it.
Honestly, I want to update the game, but I'm not sure what to add. It feels like the inspiration disappeared after the jam ended.
Anyway, thanks a lot for trying it out! :D
